Summary: The charm of it all was lovely

Summary: This is our second stay with Sage N Sand and it's a quaint little motel. The rooms with the FULL kitchen is fabulous, just needs a few other amenities included in the kitchen. There is dish soap but not a wash rag. There are plates and silverware but no paper towels. If you are staying for 1 night, you really don't want to buy these items. One other thing the motel could use is a hairdryer. Most hotels/motels have them now so many do not travel with them. Is this enough for us to not stay here again, no, but it would be nice if these things were taken into consideration

Summary: We had a wonderful stay, the room was clean and looked recently remodeled and had everything we needed. The owner was kind and helpful. Close to restaurants and not too far off the highway. Highly recommend giving this place a try!!

Summary: The Sage N Sand is a great value and a comfortable place to stay. The owner is super helpful and wants to be sure that the guests are comfortable and happy with the accommodations. I would stay here again!

Summary: The host was friendly at check-in. Our room appeared clean when we checked in. Room was spacious & beds comfortable. It was hot & we took our shoes off in the room & walked around. When we sat down & looked at the soles of our feet, they were blackened from the dirty floors. Immediately washed our feet & put sandals back on. Later that night, we killed 2 cockroaches in the kitchen. There was nobody in the office to tell either that night or the next morning upon check-out.
