Positive: The apartment offered a great base to explore Nicosia. Walking distance to the old section of town, the apartment is located near a commercial street in the newer section that is lined with restaurants and cafes. Several supermarkets are within a 15 minute walk. Check in was smooth and easy. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable.The kitchen was very small but functional. Helpful front desk staff. Strong wifi connection.

Negative: Minor issue but the windows were so dirty (on the outside) you couldn't really enjoy the views.

Positive: It is in a central location, a few minutes away from Solomon Square with a lot of shops and cafe at your doorstep. The flat is spacious and fully equipped with a nice balcony facing east (as the rest of the flat) so plenty of sun during the morning. The owner leaves us few bottles of mineral water, which is always appreciated. Nice and luxurious feeling.

Negative: Only two big towels were provided for two person which are not enough, also the gym is not the top category and the wellness area is just a room, don't expect a spa experience.

Positive: Beautiful layout, lots of space, clean, beautiful views, and close proximity to the old town and in the middle of the new town center. The facilities look nice, although we did not partake. The decor was very tranquil, high design, and with lots of sunlight. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. There is 24 hour reception. There was an issue from an upper unit and when I called at four in the morning, the property management team picked up right away and took action to let the receptionist know. The outdoor pool has a great view but wasn’t heated, so fyi during the off season. And you need to turn on the sauna and give it 30-40 min to heat up before using, when no others are using.

Negative: Although the place is very clean, there was some mixup with the bedding in that the comforter was the wrong size and didn’t have a duvet cover on it, and the sheets didn’t match. However, once we brought it to their attention, it was rectified the next day note that the property management company is not on site from what I understand, so you need to make sure that they can actually access the unit so in our case, they couldn’t come in until we were at the property. It’s not a big deal, just took away from the perfection of the property.

Summary: Wonderful property, clean and well designed with lots of sunlit, spacious rooms.
