Check-out is at 11:00 AM → Late check-out is possible if pre-arranged. Please be considerate of the housekeeper’s time- late check-out fees may apply if late check-out is not prearranged and housekeeper has to wait for you.
Cleaning during stays for an extra charge is available upon availability. Price depends on condition of home and type of cleaning desired. House must be empty while housekeeper cleans.
Dropping off luggage due to early arrival or late departure is available but must be pre-arranged.

Summary: The neighborhood is a good neighborhood, location is great, close to lots of different amenities, hostess communication is SO wonderful and most of all it was THE most comfortable master bed I’ve ever slept in while away from home. 10/10!

Summary: Our family came for an event at the Gaylord Texan but loved our adventures to Dallas and Fort Worth including the rodeo! This beautiful home is a perfect hub for visiting the area and has everything one needs. The home is cozy and our hostess communication was top notch.

Summary: The owner has taken great care in picking out the decor and we found everything we needed for our week in Dallas. We traveled with family which included a 2 year old and a 3 year old. The owner purchased a baby gate especially for us that we used the entire time to keep them from coming down the stairs at night. The location is in a nice neighborhood and is close to several stores (within 20 min walking distance). The home can be described as a duplex townhouse but it was quiet. The neighbor was friendly and greeted us one morning on our way to the car. The owner quickly responded to all of our questions while there. Check-in was easy with a touch pad entry lock. Our 3 1/2 year old claimed that responsibility every time we returned! We used the on street parking but were glad to have access to the two car carport as hail and high winds were forecast one night. We would recommend the home and would return.

Summary: Really nice house in great location. Everything we wanted to do was less than 15 minutes from the house - MeowWolf, Gaylord ICE, Grapevine downtown, Grapevine Mills. Baby items were nice to have available. Great contact with host Ariadna. She sent detailed check in information & checked in to made sure everything was as we expected.
