Summary: I love staying at the Sadlers. I stay away for work in Wokingham often and if I can get a room here It is my first choice every time. I have stayed in all of the available rooms over the last few months and every one of them is a lovely stay. Some are bigger than others but each is homely. comfortable, Cosy clean and a very welcome change from corporate hotels. There is ample desk space to work from or eat at for a takeaway meal. Nice touches such as bath robes, good selection of teas and coffees with fresh milk provided. The welcome from your host is always warm and friendly and breakfast is cooked fresh to your liking with lovely conversation and a smile. I cannot say a bad word about Sadlers and the hosts other than I cant always get in as its so popular.

Summary: Highly recommend, if I could give more than 5* I would. There is plenty of parking in front, and the property is very easy to find. We finished watching Rings of Power Season 1 on my laptop and had no streaming issues because the WiFi was very fast and provided when we arrived. There were several pubs nearby for dinner, as well as an M&S garage across the street. The room was also spotless, and had a tea station (along with coffee and hot chocolate) in the corner, with milk and water provided, which was very nice. The shower temperature was ideal, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided. Very comfortable bathrobes were also provided. We both slept very well, the bed was very spacious and comfortable, the curtains kept out the light, and we could easily adjust the temperature to make it just right for us. It was also very quiet. Breakfast was excellent; we had the full English, which was top notch; there were many options available to choose from, but I highly recommend the full English. More than that, all of the small details throughout the room and home were lovely. And the owners themselves were extremely friendly; it was a pleasure to meet them; a big thank you for having us, and we look forward to our next trip.

Summary: We had a fabulous stay a lovley little find! We were able to check in early even thou the owner (nancy) wasnt home! We were really pleased with our room (lewis) it was really spacious, clean and homely. Breakfast in the morning was delious with plenty on offer.... a full English ooked from scratch was a lovley treat to start the day! Thank you for a lovley weekend, we will definitely be returning
