Positive: The area was nice and right at the golf course. The place has a couch bed and refrigerator that worked.

Negative: The fact that a lot of things listed as amenities weren't provided. Things didn't work like the garbage disposal dish washer oven tvs also batteries were removed in the smoke detectors. The shower head was bad the water came out as a stream. I tried contacting the owners and got nowhere. Even my white socks were black from the floor. When we got there the dirty sheets were still on the bed with a couple drops of blood on the pillow.

Negative: Needs a lot of work….paint, screen door repairs, drapes are too small and living room drapery rod is falling off the wall, tv in bedroom didn’t work, not very clean, shower stall leaked on floor, needs new shower head. However, it was quiet.
