Small cabin on Toledo Bend Lake. Couple or single person occupancy only. One bedroom with double bed; living room with DirecTV, kitchenette, bath with large shower, includes covered boathouse with electricity on the water; covered porch. Two boat launches available; right off Hwy 87 at Six Mile Bridge. Very clean; linens, towels, dishes, etc. - all furnished. Weekend and weekly rates. Absolutely No pets - no smoking.

Summary: This is our fishing destination. We have stayed with Carol Ann many times over the last 6 years. It is prefect for a fishing break. The property is very clean. It has everything we need including a golf cart to use. The water is high now but the fishing was very good. We can’t wait to return!!!!

Summary: I was heading to fish for the week. Communication from Carol was great, and my stay was very comfortable. I will definitely return here if I need to find a place to stay on Toledo Bend in the future. Also, having a covered place to park the boat on the water overnight made life a whole lot easier. Was able to charge batteries as well.

Summary: Me and my husband had a fishing tournament and stayed here for a weekend. The place was easy to find with the directions given and conveniently located a few minutes from the tournament launch at Finn and Feather. It was clean and kept up with very well. The owner was very polite and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed.

Summary: My wife loves to fish and this is our only fishing destination. It is perfect for what we want. The location is extremely peaceful. The cabin is extremely clean. There is good cell phone service there for me to use while watching my wife fish. We can’t wait to go back 😊

Summary: Perfect for one person looking to enjoy time on the lake and catch a few fish. Lots of perks. Community launch next door. Boat house, cleaning area under boat shed, lights, water, electricity and extension cords to charge batteries, golf cart to go back and forth to boat shed. Very private. Outside burn pit. Carol is an awesome owner. Responds very quickly to text or phone calls. Willing to help in any way she can. This was my second trip in two years to her property. Looking forward to many more. Very reasonable rate.

Summary: arrived early ,great &friendly people ,got to meet Lisa the dog ,itwas sad to leave her ,storm blew through and knocked out power,had to cut our stay short , but look forward on going back when its not so hot!
