Positive: Sabay Sai, from its name to its story and the story that everything around it tells you - is all I needed as a break from my city routine. The warmth and comfort in the house and around the house is unmatched. The hosts and the fur friends make sure you’re comfortable, in your own preferred pace. Every little detail of this place has my heart. I felt like I lived in a poem for the 3 days I spent there ♥️

Negative: Getting to and out of the property to the city requires planning. The hosts do their best to guide and help you access in and out of the property, as long as you have a clear plan. But it’s hard to find anything I dislike

Positive: This place is perfect for everyone, who's looking to spend a few days outside the city center in the nature. The beautiful wooden house is located in a valley, from where you can start a few hikes or simply relax around the outside area to either do some yoga, play table tennis or read a book in a bean bag while listening to the sounds of the river close by. On top, Malika and Andrej can tell you a lot of interesting stories about the country, the people and the food. I even had the chance to eat the traditional dish Beshbarmak, which was soo delicious. The included breakfast was freshly prepared and they even asked at what time I'd like to have it.

Negative: Nothing really that I disliked :) Just remember that to get Wifi you have to walk a little bit (15 mins - but you have a nice view), and to get to the city just talk with the owners.

Summary: Great authentic experience in the close nature of Almaty :)

Positive: Remote area! Off the grid! Fresh air! Perfect place to recharge yourself with no WiFi and other interference of signals. Beautiful untouched walking area for a exploring hike. Calming atmosphere for people who not in need for entertainment and can enjoy silence with basic surroundings. Be advised! This is for people with no need for a spectacle of activities with the wish to be likely alone with silence and are good on their own, willing to explore or can enjoy themselves reading a book of chat with fellow travelers if more bookings are taken. Kind a welcoming host! We had a nice bbq dinner and delicious breakfast together! Bring some basics of your own food to share all together.

Negative: My personal experience was nothing else then good! How ever, a sauna for me personally would nail it. As this completes my feeling of relaxing. Would like to have more time next time to enjoy this fresh air and explore the area with a day of hiking. “I didn’t like, we not had enough time”.
