Positive: Very comfortable bungalow and a nice breakfast brought to my balcony. I enjoyed the hammock and being in a quiet location. The hosts were very accommodating and care about their guests having a good experience. I'm not able to ride a scooter so they offered to take me to the market where I got a very nice massage. They are also happy to collect you from the pier which I really appreciated.

Negative: If you ride a scooter you'll be able to get to the beach and the market etc. There are some grocery stores nearby accessible by foot.

Positive: This homestay was easily the best place we stayed in Thailand. The bungalows were spotless, modern, and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved spending time on the deck, relaxing in the hammock, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Lush greenery surrounded the property, and the bungalows were thoughtfully spaced out, giving us a real sense of privacy—like having our own little retreat in the middle of nature. What truly set this place apart was the incredible hospitality. The owners went above and beyond, picking us up from the ferry terminal and dropping us off when we left. We also arranged our boat tour with them, which was cheaper than the other tours we found on the island. They packed our breakfast for the trip, drove us to the pier, and even provided towels for the tour—such a thoughtful touch. On our second morning, we enjoyed a delicious meal on the deck, complete with fresh fruit. Getting around was easy with motorbike rentals available, and they also offered laundry service for just 50 THB per kilogram. While the homestay isn’t right on the beach, it didn’t matter at all—this was hands down the best place we could have chosen. Our stay here made our experience on the island even more special, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back in a heartbeat.

Positive: Beautiful new bungalows in the jungle - surrounded by trees and wildlife. The owners are lovely and happy to pick you up from the pier - just ask. Bungalows have excellent air con and are very clean. Nice hammock on the balcony. Breakfast is tailored to your needs and is brought to your bungalow which is such a nice touch - and the food was amazing. We hired a sccoter for 1.5 days from the owners which was very well priced - really recommend doing this to make the most of your trip to this absolutely stunning island.

Negative: Maybe slightly more isolated than we had realised - there's not a lot within walking distance. However, this actually enhances the experience and there are loads of places to eat and visit if you have a motorbike or bicycle. The location makes for a very relaxing stay.

Positive: We liked everything. The hosts are so kind, the appartment was clean and beautiful. Breakfast was good and we loved the hammock and the green view and the few animals around :) They rent a good scooter for a good price and also they inform you well about the ferry.

Positive: spacious beautiful bungalows with balcony, in a quiet garden, very friendly hosts, breakfast served at our private balcony :)

Negative: quite a few ants in the room, which you can’t really do much about because it’s a bungalow in the middle of nature, still it was a bit annoying
