Positive: Beautiful hotel with extremely kind and helpful staff. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was very clean throughout. The staff helped us get in and out of taxis and gave us great information at the front desk.

Negative: The swimming pool was very clean, though it felt a little awkward because it was so quiet and the rooms overlook it. That said, we weren’t in Bangkok for the pool, so it was totally fine.

Summary: Extremely clean and comfortabel rooms, super friendly staff!

Positive: The staff were very kind. Location was good, very close to IconSiam and not far from any big attractions via Grab.

Negative: The room seemed small, although we had all that we need. Only one lift, and I had to go from the 5th floor down to the ground floor, to walk to another lift to get to the gym on the 7th floor. The lift near us did not go up to 7.

Summary: A central location to enjoy the heart and soul of Bangkok.

Positive: Such a beautiful accommodation with the absolute highlight being the staff. They were ALL so incredibly kind, always smiling and taking the time to chat with our little boy. There is plenty of delicious street food to be found within walking distance, a 7-11 just at the corner and the most stunning pool to cool off at after a busy morning or afternoon ☀️ We absolutely recommend spending some time at Saan Hotel. Thank you for having us and sharing your kind, Thai hospitality. We will definitely be back.
