Positive: A nice and comfortable village house with a relaxing garden and a well-sized pool, perfect for unwinding.

Negative: The property was not properly cleaned before our arrival. One of the air conditioners wasn’t working, and it took a full week to repair. All the AC filters were filthy and full of dust. I informed Homerti and yet the agency never arranged for anyone to clean them. Homerti employee suggested for me to wait will end of my stay and then complain. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with several essentials missing. Overall, the house smelled musty and neglected, like if it hadn’t been used for some time.

Positive: Big property with nice swimming pool, big garden and many areas to enjoy with friends.

Negative: Something that you should take into consideration is that you HAVE TO rent a car (from the airport upon arival) in order to move around as the property is located in a remote (but very quiet) area of the island. Our experience had the following issues: The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was not working. Also in one of the bedrooms the water was mostly cold. Even though the house is equipped with washing machine and dishwashing machine, the hosts didn't provide us the detergent for clothes or the washing capsules for the dishes. These things were manageable mostly BUT the most annoying thing was that the rules of the house were a bit strict. You should leave NO GARBAGE inside or outside the house at checkout. Not even in the trash can. You should leave the garbage according to the schedule to be picked up by the local service OR take it yourself to a local garbage site 10-15 minutes away (by car).

Summary: Big, clean, cosy and a generally welcoming experience.
