Summary: Great location and great communication from the property.

Summary: i had a bad experience checking in. i couldn,t get hold of them on my phone. the checkin desk were unhelpful because it belonged to the hotel who was seprate from apartments. i finally worked out how to get the keys . only to have them not work. i finally got hold of them to find out they had they had changed my apartment no, but hadnt let me know. i was very stressed by this time. the apartment was very nice once i got into it. my stay was enjoyable after all that.

Summary: I was very concerned about not being able to book in at a reception but Philip and Sveta were on the ball and in contact the whole time. We had a minor issue with our room and Philip came straight over to sort it. Would definitely recommend booking through Brisbane City Apartments.
