Negative: The mattresses were too hard for some of our party, but a very minor issue as otherwise the experience was faultless

Positive: The garden and the swimming pool are incredible. The house is close to the center of the village and on the path to go hiking

Negative: The bathroom is a bit old fashion. Be careful with the size of the car you rent. The mountains roads are small

Positive: The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the center of Fornalutx. The property is breathtaking, especially the outdoor area, which is much bigger than the pictures suggest. There is ample seating and a gorgeous outdoor cooking space with everything provided. I also loved how well-catered the house was; there was everything you could possibly need and more. The quirky interior details added even more charm.

Negative: I would have preferred if the pool had been cleaned more frequently. It was cleaned only once in nine days, and it got quite dirty. However, that is my only complaint, as we loved everything else.

Positive: The location a 5 min walk from Fornalutz voted prettiest village in Majorca was excellent. The outdoor kitchen and pool were also great. Beautiful views and easy access to many great hiking tracks.

Negative: Too many cats! Many feral cats (10 or more) occupy this property. They jump up to eat food off tables and counter tops - even while you are right there preparing it. They come in the house if the doors are open and sleep all over the outdoor furniture. We were covered in flea bites wherever we sat. Even inside! There’s a cat door. The place was musty smelling on arrival.

Summary: Enjoyable - but the cats spoiled it for us.

Positive: The pool and gardens are incredible. Was the most beautiful setting. The outdoor kitchen with gas bbq was wonderful and we enjoyed eating outside in the gardens. We were even gifted products from the local bakery a few times. It’s a short walk to town where we loved to sit in the square. The country walk to Soller is wonderful too.
