Positive: Modern, curtains and roller shutters we electric, very clean, well equipped, a real plus for me was the wonderful coffee machine 👍. Big refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, and in general all facilities and equipment. We had access to a sort of private spa with an infrared and a finnish sauna, a high power shower and an additional toilet. A wide terrace. Nice sleeping rooms. Air conditioning that we never used (no need for that). Well functioning and huge TV and Wi-Fi. Nice and quiet place, parking just outside the house. Impressed by the cleanliness. Everything work as expected, which has been a pretty unique feature of this holiday. We visited a castle and a cave about 45 minutes away, driving along pleasant roads with beautiful nature. We also took a trip to Lubiana, in a little more than an hour - avoiding tolls and motorways - please pay attention to the "etiquette" for accessing the motorway!!! 300 € fine if you don't😱.

Negative: I can't find any real downside. It's maybe worth mention that there is no shops or restaurants in the area at a walking distance, but in five minutes driving you get to a decent restaurant and a few extra minutes for the grocery shop.

Summary: Highly recommended if you look for a wonderful apartment in a rural quiet area.
