Positive: Very clean and the staff were nice and the coffee shop was great!
Negative: Too far from Tokyo and too much time trying to navigate my way around! Not a great spot to stick someone on their first time in Japan!

Positive: Comfy bed, clean, lovely friendly staff, nice coffee shop downstairs
Negative: My room had a balcony overlooking the trainline, which was lovely from the point of view of the view but was incredibly noisy. The sliding door to the balcony didn’t keep much sound out. The trains pass every few minutes starting at about 6am until about midnight. Even though the bed was comfy and there was no noise from other rooms it was hard to get decent sleep.
Summary: Convenient and friendly, but lots of train noise

Positive: Nice location close to subway, cleaning every day (without asking), amenities
Negative: - I arrive one hour early in than the checkin and it cost me 1000 yens. - Bed was not comfortable at all, really hard to sleep on sides. - One reception staff gave me the room key card which said 440 but there was no such room. When I asked, he told me it was 410. And clearly it was not what it was written. - WiFi was slow in the room.
Summary: Far enough

Positive: Rooms have a balcony with a view of the cityscape.
Negative: If you rely on Wi-Fi for business, communication, or even just playing social media, don’t stay here. You can get better Wi-Fi at the 7-11. For the price you pay you should get decent Wi-Fi. If you like, turning in early for the night, you’re gonna get plenty of noise from the train station until late
Summary: Decent but I’ll look for something better next time
