Positive: Fantastic facilities for kids young and old! Water park and pool keeps the kids entertained for the whole day! Great food and bar service. The only place we stay when going to the Hunter Valley, kids won’t let us stay anywhere else.

Negative: Prices of some things can be a bit expensive but over all a great place to be!

Summary: Amazing family getaway, won’t stay anywhere else!

Negative: Stayed in 2 different rooms! First for 2 nights as part of conference!! Second moved to another room and spent further 3 nights with husband. Both rooms basically clean but no attention to detail! Stains on lounge chairs and bathroom floors stained which made them look dirty, so not a good look. Towels way too small, they do not fit around the average shaped lady.

Positive: Good range of food for breakfast and the coffee station was excellent

Negative: Cleaned the room more throughly given we located a condom wrapper under the edge of the bed, not pleasing discovery.
