Positive: The bed was big the food was very nice and the location was right across the road from where we were going

Negative: The pillows were too big and uncomfortable

Positive: The staff were somewhat friendly but not very helpful. When ordering coffee in the morning, we were told our order was taken, we waited 20 minutes to find out our order was in fact not taken. To be fair, the lady in the cafe was by herself and seemed very flustered, she needed someone in there helping her or at least serving. The bedding had hair on it from what either seemed the staff who cleaned the room or from previous guests, lots of mould in the shower also… the doona cover wasn’t even a doona cover it was just a sheet laid over the doona. Wasn’t a very comfortable stay unfortunately.

Negative: Unclean, didn’t really feel comfortable. Our level was quite loud of a night, we kept hearing a phone ring and loud slamming doors. The bathroom had lots of mould.
