Negative: The place was a bit worn out. One day no hit water. The window of the room wouldn't close. The umbrella's under which we ate breakfast were old and dirty.

Positive: Mohammad was amazing and so kind. The facilities were great with typical rustic Riad flare....The price was excellent as was the location.

Negative: The nearby restaurant plays loud music each night...the bathrooms are typical Riad with difficult plumbing and tight layout.

Positive: - owner is super super nice and sweet. Very helpful as well. Has some nice recommendations for lunch restaurants - great location - easy to find and Google maps is accurate - it was clean and neat - they prepared breakfast for us for take away the night before as we were leaving early in the morning

Negative: - bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable

Positive: I really enjoyed my stay - Mohammed was super lovely and friendly, and came and collected me from the taxi to show me the way. He was always happy and friendly and offered good recommendations for dinner, and offered to make reservations. Breakfast was great - a combination of salad, msesmen / moroccan pancakes, fruit, yoghurt, bread and juice. Amlou was very good! Coffee good. The rooms were well kept, clean and refreshed daily, with workable bathroom - hot water was sometimes not the best depending on the time of day. Watch your head going up and down the floors as the ceilings are a bit low in this area. Nice and simply decorated riad - very pleasant, and the rooftop area was nice for breakfast. There is a little noise from Jardin du Lotus at night as it is quite close and they have a nightly dinner show / singer etc - although this didn't impact me much as I typically sleep with earplugs and definitely always bring to Morocco so I'm not awakened by the early call to prayer anyway. But if you're noise sensitive and go to bed super early this might be something to be aware of. The location was quite good - you are close to Dar El Bacha and therefore an easy entrance / exit to the medina, but equally can turn down into the medina with good access to the main thoroughfares via the Secret Garden. Good safe area - locals were always friendly, and there was a watchman for the area that you would see regularly throughout the day and night. And lots of cats to interact with!! I'd definitely consider staying again.

Negative: I would maybe ensure you include an airport transfer pickup as an inclusion.

Positive: The riad was good overall, it is accessed via a few minutes’ walk through the alleys. The breakfast was excellent and the host was friendly though at times overbearing. I found the setting to be quiet and did not hear any noise from the adjacent rooms. The small amount of noise in the area was easily dispatched with earplugs.

Negative: The main knock is the comfort of the room. The bed and couch were both quite hard. It was unpleasant to sit even briefly to read. The shower head bracket was quite broken so the head could not be hung, it had to be hand held the entire time. The riad is nice, but it does feel like you’re intruding on a private home - there is seating on the ground floor that feels like it’s the host’s home or personal work space that you pass through to access your room. I learned after staying that many riads will give you some bread and a boiled egg to go if you have an early departure, this one simply informed me that for my 7am departure they could do nothing for food, which made for a difficult start to my day as nothing is open at that time.

Summary: Nice riad not too far from the hot spots

Positive: Overall a great experience. It took a bit to get used to the host, Mohammad. However, he grew on us and his words became a core memory for us throughout the trip. The Riad is overall very cute, although walking back to it at night would have been slightly scary if we weren't a group of travelers.

Positive: We Dent very welcomed by the Hosts. They were very friendly and opened to help with every question we had. The breakfast was very nice. The location of the Riad was also phenomenal, it was at walking distance to almost everything since it is located pretty much in the city Center.

Negative: It was a little loud at night due to a near by event location

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the Riad
