Cleanliness is our top priority, we disinfect, sanitized and fresh linens for every guest.
This RV has a new residential split type air condition/heat pump unit gives this home cold air in summer and cozy during winter.
This listing property sits in 1.25 acre lot with a double wide manufactured home placed in front and 2 rvs (camper trailers) in the back. All 3 units are listed in short term rental platform. Please DO NOT DISTURB other units. If you need anything, message and I will respond back quickly.
Noise levels are to be kept generally low.
Quiet Hours are between
9 p.m. - 8 a.m.
Noise complaints will result in immediate eviction of the property.
Please be respectful to others.
NOTE: Pahrump is a rural area and are some farm animals in the neighborhood but not on the property!

My RV1 is good for just short time here in Pahrump. Base camp for Death Valley, Front Sight, Mountain Falls Golf Course, Pahrump Valley Winery for free wine tastings and Casinos in center of the town! Nearby gas station, My Thai Restaurant and a Laundromat. You will have your own gated lot no one else will be coming and going except guests, you will have your own private spot and park right by your RV1 for extra privacy and quiet!

Summary: The host was extremely gracious and answered all our questions immediately. He also let us know about locations to visit. He even shared his eggs from the hen house. It was a nice and quiet place to relax.

Summary: I stayed in the same trailer a year ago and this time the new a/c unit made it much more pleasant inside. The picture online shows a semi enclosed seating area near the trailer but both times I was there there was a seating area outside the trailer but no roofed enclosure. Otherwise it is pretty much as described.

Summary: I have never stayed in a camper/trailer before. It was clean, cozy, and fun. Motion sensor lights outside were great for when I came home after dark. It also had a great air conditioner that I used, since it was the middle of a heat wave. Great sleep for a great price!
