Summary: It would have been an easy 5 stars except for the location is a little noisy. IT's right in the very centre of the tourist area - so completely buzzing with restaurants and bars - so you're right in the heart of everything - but yes - earplugs at night are recommended. Otherwise a 5 star experience in every way. The rooftop terrace bar and restaurant is a HUGE highlight - incredible views right across the city and beyond.

Summary: The staff here were the friendliest and most helpful I've experienced across all my travels to Istanbul. I was able to check in early with additional accommodations, which set the tone for the whole stay. My room was on the front side of the hotel, and while there was a little music playing in the evening, it was never loud thanks to the excellent insulation. The room had everything I needed: a complimentary mini-bar, a tea kettle, air conditioning, bottled water, and a super comfortable bed. The on-site restaurant served up some delicious food, and I appreciated being able to use the gym for a quick workout. Overall, a great stay. I can't say enough about how helpful and welcoming the staff were. I'd highly recommend booking here. The location is perfect and walkable, minus all the Istanbul hills.

Summary: A great hotel with a lovely vibes in a a really good location- heaps of restaurants, bars and shops nearby, lots of things to see within walking distance and there's also tram and metro stations nearby. If you want a pool, don't book this place though as the pool isn't really usable, it's wedged between two walls with no sun and nowhere to sit beside it.

Summary: Room was immaculate. Very central location but quiet at night. Right next to shops and bars and restaurants. Good connections to airports. Staff were helpful. Great hotel.

Summary: Recently back from 5 nights at RUZ Hotels in Istanbul. What a great hotel that I'd recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul, After a bit of a trek on public transport from Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), we got a fantastically friendly greeting from Sinan who gave us some water, checked us in, showed us up to our room and talked us through some excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The hotel has a fashionable, boutique feeling to it, and this extends to the rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower in the bathroom was great. We also appreciated the air conditioning and the complimentary soft drinks in the mini-bar. We didn't use the restaurant but we did enjoy the rooftop bar for a drink before dinner nearby. The service in the bar was also excellent. The hotel is in a bustling part of Beyoğlu, very close to the top of the Tünel and the Şişhane metro stop - but even though our room faced the street we weren't disturbed by the noise from the local bars. The hotel is really onto a good thing with a friendly, approachable and helpful team, excellent service and comfy rooms. Keep it up!

Summary: This hotel was a bit of a hidden gem. Everything about it worked out amazingly well. The location was tucked quietly away in the old quarter. The staff were kind and truly helpful. As it is a small hotel it is easy for them to be quite attentive to your needs. Room was modern and spacious. Vibe of hotel was cool with a sophisticated edge. Definitely recommend. Amy K
