Positive: Apartment is in the city Center.just 5 minutes to Baku Boulevard by foot.

Negative: There's no stove in apartment so you can't cook..but there's a microwave.

Positive: The owner was easy to reach and interested in any matter. The house was spotlessly clean when we bought it. The evening walk was enjoyable because it was close to the beach. It was also close to the city center. Overall a great experience.

Positive: It's a minimalist yet a really sufficient apartment. Very clean and very neat. Not to central but close to the center. Excellent price-quality performance. And last but not the least, the best host I have ever had. Ruya ( means dream in Turkish ) was really a dream home owner.
