Positive: A nice location, clean, a lovely kitchen. Good location for exploring Modra town

Negative: We reserved one bedroom apartment, upon arrival / check in (at 15:00), we discovered the bedroom contained washing machine and a drier which were both on (with over 2.5 hrs washing cycle). This created noise and a hot air in the room. We were very tired and wanted to lie down but with the constant washing and drying noise, this was impossible. My advice is that the host has a 5 hour window to change / wash / dry the sheets (check out was at 10:00?) so don’t leave your appliances on when the new guests arrive.. I consulted the host about the issue and he asked me not to switch off the appliances… super inconvenient and unprofessional from our side. Sadly, this spoilt our experience

Positive: New clean apartment. Nice balcony. Comfy beds. Pretty well equipped.

Negative: Did not actually start in the rustic vineyard house. Got bumped to another location on the edge of town due to a double booking. Mostly very good. Bathroom a little cramped. Would have been good to have some way of recycling rubbish. Light over coffee table a bit of a hazard at eye level.
