**The Chimney Hill Amenity Center is available for your use all year round. The amenity center has amazing features for your enjoyment including a clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools, ice skating, gym, hot tub, fitness room, four tennis courts, arcade room, kitchen and bar area, kids playroom, outdoor play area, theatre room, fishing pond, and direct access to VAST trail systems!
The Space:
** The Chimney Hill Clubhouse will be closed for repairs April 15, 2024 and re-open Memorial Day weekend.**

Stunning updated contemporary chalet just a short drive out of the village of Wilmington. This home sits privately on a wooded lot, nestled in the Chimney Hill community with easy access to the amenities building, as well as nearby access to Mount Snow and Lake Whitingham.

The home has been fully renovated and features a gorgeous vaulted living room with exposed beams, great natural light from the large windows, a gas fireplace and stone hearth, new plank flooring throughout, a beautiful brand new chef's kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless appliances, farm sink, and tile backsplash, large dining area, barn door pantry, large mudroom and half bath on the main floor, open concept staircase leading upstairs to 2 spacious bedrooms, a full bath with tiled shower and shiplap paneling, and large owners closet/bonus room, a lower level walkout family room with second fireplace, two large guest bedrooms still with great light, another beautiful paneled bath with tiled shower, full laundry, spacious deck for entertaining, and winter mountain views. The property also has direct snow mobile VAST trail access and is only 2mi from the boat launch at the harriman resevoir!
Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.
-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.

Summary: We shared this rental with another family we were 4 adults and 4 kids. It was a good amount of space for our 3 day stay. The property is well stocked with various things like extra blankets, good kitchenware, games, sugar, coffee, plenty of dish soap and cleaning supplies etc. 2 of the rooms have multiple beds in them, the bunk bed has a trundle so kids loved that. There are 2 gas fireplaces. The feel of the space was as shown in the photos. My communication with the landlord was clear and straightforward. Overall an easy stay and everyone was satisfied with the property.

Summary: The house was spotless, cozy and met all of our needs. The kitchen was great to cook in, the living room was cozy to hang out in at night and myself, my husband and 3 kids were more than comfortable. The clubhouse is a short walk or one minute drive. We loved staying here and can’t wait to come back.
