Summary: We had a transformer blow the first hour we were there but the electric company had us up and running in just an hour. We loved being out in the country and the only sounds we heard were light rain and the beautiful birds singing! We got to meet the owner and had her come down and sit on the porch with us and just talk about family and silly things. We fell in love with her and her cabin and we let her know that we would be back for another stay! This was by far the best place we have ever stayed. I am having trouble with your ratings but I have given everything an excellent.

Summary: Great cozy comfortable cabin in the mountains. Stayed two nights in the cabin, wish we could have stayed longer. Cabin is well stocked with necessities, Beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Cabin is clean and nicely decorated. Very easy to book, check in and check out was a breeze. Host lives close by and is very responsive to messages. Would highly recommend.

Summary: My brother and I needed a place to stay in the area while we rode our motorcycles all around the beautiful, scenic roads of VA, NC and TN. This cabin is wonderfully furnished and comfortable. The covered parking was perfect for our bikes, and the front porch and fire pit area are great for relaxing in the evenings. Thank you Michelle for being such an excellent host!

Summary: The Rustic Cabin is an awesome place. It felt like home with just two steps on the big, comfortable front porch, and inside... well the inside is perfection for a log cabin. Well appointed but not over done. The colors, furniture, decorations... everything said, "come in, relax, stay a while." Only wish I could have stayed longer!
