This is a small cabin on our property that is about 1/2 mile back into the woods. There is a living/kitchenette combination and a separate bedroom. There is a shower house with on demand hot water and a port a john for restroom. It is a combination of rustic camping with amenities to make you comfortable as well. Satellite TV, coffee pot, microwave, and full size refrigerator are available as well as the use of a gas grill if requested. Owners do live on the property as well.

Summary: Great spot for a quick overnight. Note that it’s not secluded, but totally okay because of the lovely surroundings and sweet animals.

Summary: Michelle was an excellent host. She was very friendly and talked to us each day we were there. Just so you know, this is a cabin. There is no running water or toilet. There is a shower house and port a john. Both were very clean and we really enjoyed the cabin itself. There is a nice porch, a covered porch and plenty of room for two adults and two kids (it was just us when we stayed. There is a ton of open space to hike and wander, like 100 acres worth. Pro tip- you need to bring your own bath towels as well. We're already planning on staying there next year.

Summary: We live in Ohio but when we are in the area we always make sure to book and stay here. We love the reset we get. Host are friendly. We bring oir kids and they always have a blast playing in the mancave or running around on the trails with the dogs! We will be back again next year for sure!!

Summary: Reasonable priced, just 30 min to main attractions, nice and quiet host especially nice let us pet the horses and dogs all around convenient and comfortable

Summary: We had such a unique experience at our rustic cabin. We were greeted by a horse, dogs, chickens, and more! Michelle, the owner went out of her way to make sure that all of our needs were met. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who is looking to get in touch with nature but does not want to go tent camping.
