Summary: Our family really enjoyed staying at this home. It's spacious, in a quiet neighborhood and close to places we visited! Building a fire, relaxing in the hot tub and being out in the snow was the best part. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: One thing to keep in mind with this property manager is that they will require you to validate your identity by submitting your identification and selfie to a 3rd party. If you do not complete this, your reservation will be cancelled. I had a great experience in my interactions with Vacasa. The home was clean and very roomy. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas and felt very welcoming. I would not recommend that you plan to use the sleeper sofas as beds, even for teenagers. The appliances are older, but operational. The ping pong table, hot tub and sauna were wonderful indoor activities when it was cold outside. There was plenty of room for a group of 12 to spread out. We would recommend this home to others.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location gives a great feeling of disconnecting while also plenty close to Rapid City. We had 9 adults and 3 children and we never felt crowded. We had an early family Christmas and the home was beautifully decorated for the season. A couple of minor surprises: there is zero cell service. Wifi worked great once we were connected. There are no extra linens provided so we were unable to use the hide-a-beds (and when we pulled them out, cleanliness was not ideal). The kitchen had nearly everything we could need. We didn't end up using the hot tub, but the sauna was lovely. Overall we enjoyed our stay and made plenty of memories!
