Summary: Fun little place. A creative renovation. Very well supplied. I brought my usual "just in case" supplies but did not need any of them. Just off main street but quiet for evening and nighttime. Some traffic noise during the day. Enjoyed walking/exploring the small downtown. The courthouse building is impressive. Good place to stay when needing a place in the area. Planning to try a longer stay next time.

Summary: Although the quaint and quirky little house is very old, we found it to have all we needed to provide a cozy, clean and comfortable stay for us. Diane was quick to respond to our messages. A bonus was the proximity to the small downtown and a bar and grill with yummy burgers.

Summary: Perfect place to stay for the Sidney rodeo! Close to downtown and the rodeo grounds. Small but efficient, it did its job of keeping us cool, dry and fed!

Summary: It served our purpose. Furniture was a bit uncomfortable, bed was comfy but small, and it was really cold. The snacks were a very nice touch. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked very clean and user friendly.
