This Lake house has a massive 1400 sqft entertaining deck with built in tiki bar, natural gas grill dart board and entertainment area. Catch the best sunsets from the multi level deck. Whole house Sonos system. All your water needs. Kayaks, 5 person peddle boat, beach volleyball, water basketball, bags. Swim out island for the kids or adults to layout. We have all the sand toys the kids will need. Floats, noodles and rafts for the kids. 15’ Fire pit gathering for 15 people for the best roasting marshmallows event!! 20 foot tree swing that the kids will have endless hours of fun. Jungle gym coming 2022. Huge lawn on waterside to play football, soccer baseball or whatever your heart desires. Take a nap in the hammock where your sure to fall asleep in the shade right by water ?
ThIs all water sport Lake has all your summer needs. Great fishing, ( Bass large and small, Muskie, and many others. Kayaking, skiing, jetskis. Brand new Pontoon for rent to go party out at the sand bar. Take the kids to Driftwood by boat for ice cream.
Now to the house. Completely brand new nautical themed remodel. 3000sqft 7 bedroom 3 bathroom 3 story house. Sleeps 25 in beds plus a crib in master #2. All your baby needs (pack and play, baby monitors, walker, bouncer and a boat load of kids toys) Open concept seat 14+ at kitchen table. Built in bar with dart board in basement adult space. 3 more bedrooms on top level to give you much needed separation. Full kitchen with huge 10ft island and cathedral ceilings.
Plenty of space on our 120 foot pier to bring your own boats or our New pontoon is for rent at 350$ a day.
Walk to bars and ice cream shop, live music on weekends with summer events all summer long. Downtown St joe a 20 min drive to explore one of the great coastal towns in Michigan!

Summary: This house was great for our family to stay for a week away. It was perfect for our family with young children to play in the sand and shallow water to enter into the lake. Brian was a great host and quick reply’s on questions.

Summary: We had a great time at this place with our family. The cottage was well stocked with all the utensils, towels and dishes you might need. The beach was great for kids to play in the sand and the lake was shallow for a long ways. Boating was great!!

Summary: Perfect lake house for a big group. Have your own dock, little beach, and big backyard space. We rented the pontoon and it was super easy to drive, and we did some fishing. The kayaks were great and Brian was helpful and responsive with every question I had. Also very clutch that there’s stuff for a toddler (noise machine, toys, baby monitor). Hope to come back again in the future!

Summary: Great location. Wonderful view, yard, beach and fire pit were outstanding. Kitchen area accommodated large group. Bedrooms allowed large number to stay. Parking was more than enough. Had a wonderful vacation!

Summary: The property location and view was breathtaking. The house was very well maintained and equipped. The house had everything you would have in your own home and more. You actually just need to bring your family and food because everything else was supplied. The host had great communication and sent messages and went the extra mile to advise us on activities to do in town and location of grocery stores. The kids had great time at skating rink. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors and the deck and beach because of the weather. But look forward to doing so as my family wants to make this our meet up location. Host was very thoughtful. I can’t say enough about his kindness. My mother’s 80th birthday was a big success.

Summary: The house was a perfect for our whole family to enjoy for a summer vacation. The sandy beach area is perfect for the little ones and the older kids loved tubing on the lake. Kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of bath/beach towels for use. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vacation house in the sister lakes area.

Summary: This property offers an unparalleled experience for anyone looking to accommodate a large family with diverse ages. The lake and swimming areas are spectacular, with plenty of shallow areas that offer a safe place for even the most inexperienced swimmers to enjoy the water. The large lawn made space for lawn games and lake watching. Tall trees shelter the beach area and provided some much needed shade for those sunny, summer days. The multiple deck areas and beach front fire pit provided many different hangout spots, and gave our kids plenty of room to have their own little space. There are several restaurants within walking or boating distance, which allow for a little destination for a morning stroll or an evening boat ride for ice cream. This place really has amazing outdoor spaces which is exactly what you want from a lake house during the height of summer.

Summary: What a fabulous weekend! Brian was a great host and very responsive to our questions. We had 14 adults stay for a weekend full of fun, wine and catching up. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are beautiful and were where our group hung out most of the weekend. It had a huge island that we set up most meals and snacks and a very nice dining room table that we all could sit around. There are two master suites that would be great if two families were sharing this wonderful cottage. The rest of the bedrooms were adequate size for sleeping. On Saturday evening we enjoyed the huge fire pit in the backyard and the wonderful sunset. There were plenty of Adirondack chairs and if you are visiting in the summer there is a fabulous sandy beach. Our weekend could not have been better. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!
