Lakefront home on Lake Dardanelle with private dock. 1900 sqft house is close to I-40 and Russellville, but very private. Located in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by trees with over 1 acre. Completely remodeled. 3 bedrooms. Great lake views. New kitchen with lake views, granite countertops, and new appliances. On a quiet cove with easy access to the main lake. Great fishing! 3 kayaks , fishing poles, more included. Swimming is not prohibited in our cove, but the swim beach on the lake would be a better option. Please note that the area around dock may have grass depending on water level and time of year. Lake level and color may vary due to river system. There is one Ring security camera facing the driveway. Just minutes from Russellville. Fast Wifi, fire pit, Weber gas grill.

Summary: The Lake House is located right on Lake Dardanelle, close enough to town for supplies, and far enough out to be peaceful and quiet. Loved the fire pit and the house was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we have come to expect of highly rated properties on Vrbo. Excellent 10! Will be top of our list for future visits to the area.

Summary: My son wanted a lakehouse on lake Dardanelle for his 16th birthday. It was perfect! Spacious, clean, well kept and comfortable. We already talking about coming back this summer. Only living an hour was perfect and close getaway!
