2 Bedroom House in Stanford, Bloomington

Only a 10 to 15 minute drive from IU campus or IU Stadium, our place is a recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, half of a duplex (right side). Located in a country neighborhood setting, this home is minutes away from westside stores, restaurants, and downtown. It is also close to Lake Monroe, Griffy Lake, McCormick Creek and Brown County for those nature lovers.
Come stay for work, an outdoor adventure, an IU game or to visit IU.
We allow up to two pets per stay, ask for details!
With a comfortable great room, you can lounge on the couch or sit and the counter-height breakfast bar and visit with anyone in the kitchen. This is not a big home, but is laid out well and will easily sleep as many as 7.
The master bedroom contains a queen-sized bedroom suite. The 2nd bedroom has a set of twin size bunk-beds and an individual twin-size bed. The couch in the living area has a trundle/pull-out turning it into a queen size bed.
The kitchen has recently been fully remodeled and has stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. It is fully functional with blender, drip & k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, and silverware available to use during your stay.
Cook a meal in the kitchen, watch the Roku TV (subscriptions not provided), or use the washer and dryer to do your laundry.
You will have access to the entire unit and the back deck. There is space to park 2 to 3 cars in the parking area behind the townhouse. Keypad is on the back door.

Summary: The space was nice and clean. The kitchen was great and we would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We were from out of state and had a family member placed in Hospice. Property manager was accommodating to our requests and great communication throughout our entire stay. There were abundant outlets for my children’s various electronics, the water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the mini splits kept the entire rental at the perfect temperature for our family. I would suggest the rental sleeps 2 adults and 4 kids comfortably. The only negative is hearing cars drive by during the day but traffic is low during night and never impacted our sleep.
