Absolutely fantastic 3 bedrooms home. Just meters from a dog park, children playground & the beach.
Featuring 3 bedrooms with 2 x double & 1 queen bed. Comfortably sleeps 6. Master has a 2-way bathroom with separate bath & shower. The property has spacious living and modern kitchen conveniences.
Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning for all-year round comfort. Secure undercover parking and a lovely outdoor living are here to enjoy.
WiFi internet connection is available for your pleasure. Speeds is equal to 4G.
To get to town - under 30 minutes away. A simple walk 400 meters to the train line takes you straight to North Terrace Railway Station.

Summary: Not a bad place. Close to the beach and nice park. Some constructive feedback: Most of the fittings (including the linen we had to pay extra for) seemed quite dated and needs a refresh but were generally ok for a lower end property. Future guests would appreciate a much higher standard of cleanliness of both outside (which was a bit of a junk yard with things like used tissues just laying around carelessly) and of kitchen utensils (all of which needed a thorough wash prior to use). Unnecessary personal items might make it feel “homely” but I was constantly worried I was going to damage something of someone’s great sentimental value, and generally they got in the way and added to a cluttered feel. Fix those issues and it would be great. Overall we enjoyed our stay as did our dogs. Finally it is worth mentioning the property agent was quite accommodating and easy to deal with which was certainly appreciated - thank you.

Summary: Nice property and dog friendly. There is no grass in the backyard but luckily there is a dog park, walking and cycling tracks and the beach all in easy walking distance. Had a great stay here.
