Summary: Great property! Honestly the quietest hotel room I can remember staying in. Discovered this spot almost by accident just looking for a place to stay in Klamath Falls after a long drive. Glad we discovered it!

Summary: We didn’t have much time to explore. Everything looked nice and tidy. The only thing is that the pool was far away from the main building. It’s a beautiful country club

Summary: Enjoyed the overall stay. Most outstanding was all the staff, from golf course to front desk, restaurant servers. We had issues with our reservation they couldn't find it in the book. I had called 4 days before and talked with a staff member, she made our reservation. I even showed the young gentleman the number in my call log of almost 4 minutes. He apologized and sat us right away.dinner was very good and Julissa was very friendly. I was disappointed that she never questioned why the blackberry margarita was still sitting with most not consumed. At the end of the meal she cleared it not asking if it was ok. It was extremely sour, I don't believe it was made as outlined on the menu. I didn't mention it or request it to be removed from the bill. She should have asked about it. they seem to be under staffed, only 1 person working when we ate lunch. He apologized for the wait. For breakfast the next morning we were turned down for seating.explaing there were only 2 people working and couldn't take anyone else. To bad, we look forward to coming back,

Summary: Good base of operations for visiting Crater Lake. Not especially close, but the nicest accommodations around. The front desk and bar staff were very helpful and friendly. The spa staff seemed frazzled (end of season) and it was disappointing to learn that the hot tub jets had been out of service for a week or more, as were the treadmills. I would still recommend the resort, even for non-golfers.

Naji Aug 29, 2026 12:00:02 AM

Summary: Restaurant service was too slow due to understaffing

Lisa Aug 25, 2026 12:44:12 AM

Sandi Jul 29, 2026 03:52:08 AM

Summary: Such a gem tucked away from downtown! Beautiful view sitting out on restaurant patio. Love coming back to a clean room , appreciated the daily housekeeping. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Poor restaurant staff got slammed Sunday night but kept a great attitude and did their best.
