Positive: This guest house is only a few minutes walking from Precotto metro station and it's easy to get here from Milano Centrale. It's an apartment in the basement with 3 rooms and a shared bathroom which was never busy. Self check-in is also nice, you will get all the instructions from the owner on WhatsApp. I liked the cleanliness in the apartment. My room was spacious, I got 2 sets of towels and some shower gel and shampoo.

Negative: Check-in starting from 15.30. But when I arrived at this time my room wasn't ready yet. So I had to wait to move in. Sometimes there was a cigarette smell in my room and there is only one small window which you can open to get some fresh air. It would be nice to make a shelf in the shower.

Positive: The room was quiet, private, and clean. The neighborhood was not super busy and had some nice restaurants in walking distance, as well as plenty of good public transportation nearby.

Negative: The room was hard to find as it was not made clear that it was a basement room. There was also residual cigarette smell.
