Positive: Situated on level 2 of the airport, very convenient, very clean and tidy. Good breakfast for the location. Room facilities were great for the double suit with TV, shower, double bed, cupboard for clothes, desk, coffee machine with mini bar. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick process. Note this was only for a short 1 night stay as a sleepover not really requiring full hotel facilities.

Positive: The location. It is very convenient when the flight arrives late in Tancredo Neves airport. The bed is confortable.
Negative: The noise in the hotel corridor. The room is very small. I didn't realize that when I made my reservation. The coffee break could be better.

Positive: The location and convenience, the newness of the property, the decor, the cleanliness.
Negative: The breakfast. Not only it is quite reduced but it was not available at 3:00 am when we had to leave the hotel for our flight. Considering that breakfast consists of pre packaged sandwiches it could very well be offered earlier then 5:00 am since check-in times start earlier than that.
Summary: Second time at this new hotel, much better experience

Positive: It is a new property, so, everything is new, stylish and sparkling clean. Employees were nice about our complaints. Location inside the airport is great.
Negative: The hotel being brand new needs to finalize many important details. Our bathroom flooded because the shower was not draining property. The toilet paper holder came off the wall and worst of all the toilet had a very unpleasant smell. They gave me a new room to shower which was nice but the hot water did not work. The closet has one single hanger, which seems meager. Breakfast had some basic pre-packaged items (eggs, fruit, sandwiches) good coffee an drinks. This is my first hotel in Brazil, so, I need to see what other hotels offer but it was a disappointing feature for the price of the room.
