Summary: The Royal Chulan Seremban deserves better than its current manifestation. Its deficiencies clearly stem from under investment and lack of staff training. I moved 3 guest rooms after the first night . Two rooms had leaky toilets, the third didn’t- but stank of damp/mildew and had a mosquito infestation under the dark vanity unit. Gave up at room three (3) as it was going towards midnight. Better reporting by housekeeping to estates may have prevented ongoing damage to the building. Speakers of training, housekeeping " forgets" to check and clean the separate shower, and similarly " forgets" to deliver teabags & creamer requested by reception. The ground floor public areas are deceptively impressive. A pity that the " hotel" hospitality aspect is so lacking.
