Positive: Great pool and pool area. The front desk person when we arrived was excellent, very friendly and helpful. We were early so we could just go hang out by the pool which was great. We asked for a late check out which we were given which was very handy.

Negative: The bed was really hard but we found that in a lot of Malaysian hotels thought the Royale Chulan in Georgetown had a comfy bed. The breakfast could be better, not a lot for vegetarians and what was on offer didn't look very fresh. Nice coffee.
