Summary: Had a few issues like no hot water, no ice in the ice machine, building is very loud coming from the elevator somehow echoing over our room every time it went up and down., and the pool area is very small but you can't take lounge chairs to the beach. you have to sit on the ground. Parking was free and under ground so that was nice but very small and tight. staff was ok. Room was great with the kitchen. But very limited wifi in room if you wanted to watch netflix or prime at bed time it wouldn't play continuously. Weather was great and Mazatlan it;s self is a favorite spot of ours. We just had better luck at other resorts.

Summary: I was wishing the property had cabanas available on the beach, or at least chairs with umbrellas. I would have liked to lay on the beach and sun myself. That's probably the biggest "Missing" from this property. The staff was super friendly, better than most hotels. Treated me like a member of the familia.

Summary: This hotel was great for me and my family, we felt safe there. Personnel standing at the front ready to greet us. We stayed during carnaval week location is about 20 min walk to the Mazatlan letters. Not bad I say. Overall our experience was great we stayed in 9th floor with 3 conector rooms, amazing views from all our balconies.
