Summary: Loved the suite with 2 bathrooms. Was perfect for 2 friends traveling together. The hotel was very noisy. I get there are restaurants with music but they end at 11pm. The hotel had a very noisy event that lasted well after midnight with guests hooping and hollering. Would stay again but would check to see what type of events are being held. Staff was very friendly

Summary: During our first visit to Mazatlan we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were outdated but clean. Obvious wear and tear given the humidity and elements. Our first room smelled terrible and was dingy but upon request the hotel promptly moved us to a room in much better condition. The staff were nice and helpful. The pool and view of the ocean were great. The massage station in the lobby was awesome. All in all it was a nice stay.

Summary: WiFi didn’t work the first day. After it barely worked. They started construction on the patio and didn’t mention. A/C worked great. Know Spanish if not you’re lost. Bell boys coo.
