Positive: The hotel is in a prime location in front of the lake, offering a beautiful & serene view. It's within walking distance of the Military Durga Devi Temple. Breakfast was excellent, providing a wide variety of options. Also, the basement parking facility is spacious & convenient.

Negative: The hotel currently doesn't have a swimming pool, which could be a valued addition for guests. Having a dedicated area for children could further enhance the overall experience, making it more enjoyable for families.

Positive: Experience of ritis was superb . Hotel was clean and rooms were very comfortable. Bathroom was hygienic. Quality of food was good. Behavior of hotal staff's was polite and descent.

Negative: Payment of online booking by Credit card should not ask for advance payment at the time of booking or check in time. It will be better to ask about it at the time of check out including all fooding and logging charges.

Summary: Experience was excellent one can prefer it over all other hotels at Belgaum.
