Summary: Love the location especially if going to a concert or event at Charleston Civic Center. You can walk from the house! Home is a bit older, but reflected in the price. Very affordable

Summary: The neighborhood was a great location for concerts at the coliseum. Lacking proper Air conditioning, condo got up to 77 degrees. Unable to turn down at thermostat. Needs 2 new mini blinds in the living room. Originals that are up have broken slats. Condo could use a skillet and more cups /glasses. Prime location.
