Summary: No AC in room, chatting with their customer service was horrible. False information was given about some rooms having AC, when it turned out none of their rooms included AC. We killed a few bugs in our room, not good at all. Had issues with the lights. one remote controlled all ceiling fans and ceiling lights which was weird because each room had its own remote. We had to sleep with lights on so the fans can stay on, not great. Front desk had no idea how to help, no solution. The shower had a sewage smell,it was disgusting. water would leak out to floor and smelled really really bad

Summary: Our stay was good. The only issue was my daughter’s slept on pull out with Fan on so the light over table has to stay on makes it hard to sleep. With no AC fans on is important. Slow shower drain

Summary: Great service, very nice hotel. Wonderful for a little longer stay with a very usable kitchen. Little outside of the town center (about 15-20min walk) but there is a bus that stops almost out front
