Summary: Reception staff were very helpful,jolly,polite. Mohammed was very knowledgeable, helpful and made us all feel welcome. The apartment in the hotel was amazing everything you could possibly need was in there. Fantastic place to stay, would highly recommend this

Summary: Super neat neighborhood. Safe and clean. Walkable distance to express store restaurant and metro. Only thing is no AC in the unit. Also, staff very friendly and helpful, highly recommend for family with kids

Summary: We loved the accommodations including the kitchen (which helped us save a lot on meals). The neighborhood was charming with everything needed not too far away.

Summary: No AC in room, chatting with their customer service was horrible. False information was given about some rooms having AC, when it turned out none of their rooms included AC. We killed a few bugs in our room, not good at all. Had issues with the lights. one remote controlled all ceiling fans and ceiling lights which was weird because each room had its own remote. We had to sleep with lights on so the fans can stay on, not great. Front desk had no idea how to help, no solution. The shower had a sewage smell,it was disgusting. water would leak out to floor and smelled really really bad
