Positive: Simple but ideal accommodation, conveniently situated at the end of the small market street, in a beautiful colonial building with high ceilings and stunning details in wood and glass. Very friendly staff make the welcome pleasant and the visit to Panjim a memorable experience.

Positive: The staff were very kind and helpful. I was offered a replacement apartment but ended up not staying there anyway.

Negative: Room promised a balcony that was not there. A loud reception behind the door instead. The photos are stylised over promising heritage stay but reality resembles more hospital like hostile vibe. Opposite of cosy, plain and basic.

Negative: The washbasin pipes should get serviced. It seems larvas were coming out some pipes surrounding the sink.

Positive: The staff was incredibly friendly. They sent a journal about Panaji with recommendations on where to go and what to do, which I found very thoughtful and cool

Negative: It was a bit noisy at times—you could hear a lot from other guests. That may have been because I stayed on the ground floor.
