Summary: The rooms are spacious and nicely equipped, the food is good, the staff are pleasant. These good things have stayed consistent over many stays at this hotel. This time, however, I had a locker (safe) that did not work, and I complained 3 separate times to a female employee at the desk, with no action resulting. Finally, my Indian friend talked to the desk staff about it in Telugu, and they sent someone up to fix it.

Summary: People are friendly and helpful in the hotel. The hotel booking system should be flexible. we should be able to add or subtract days from the original booking. It should not be a pre-paid booking. I stayed in this hotel for a stretch of 26-days. Doing 3-4 days prepaid booking. which was not a good feeling.

Summary: One of the main issues I faced is the mosquitoes in the room. When I complained the management put all out in the room. But it is odd that there were mosquitoes in the room in a star hotel. The TV remotes do not work because the batteries are dead and they do not put new batteries. They bring remote from another room which is also low in batteries. It worked for a day and then again the same problem. The surrounding area is not great.

Summary: Nice, spacious rooms with desk, refrigerator. Snacks provided along with tea & coffee.Good restaurant, especially good buffet. Staff helpful.
