Positive: Clean quiet roomy. Great bed and pillows. Very central with mall almost part of hotel. Huge eating choices with some very good choices and metro very handy. Staff were excellent

Negative: Hotel restaurants weren’t the best but plenty of choice in huge mall . Hotels main restaurant was very good but very expensive. Ate in mall as good but one third the price. But as a hotel can’t fault it

Positive: The location is perfect and the room is nice and spacious! But the hotel front staff was not good enough!

Negative: My family was arrived at the hotel about 2320 hrs. Upon arrival, no staff is appeared at the moment, cos we are 3 including my 14 months baby girl together with 5 luggages & baby stroller. I can only do it by myself. However, when we checked in, the reception was very pleasant and helpful , even assisted us to moving my luggages to home. Anyway, I was not really satisfied!

Positive: The location is conveniently located next to a shopping mall where you can find most of your needs during a tour. You can find places to eat that cover the whole spectrum of price range.

Negative: Water drained very slowly in the shower. Even though the shower itself is nice and strong, the speed which the water drained can't match and I had to turn down the shower to a very low level so it won't overflow into the bathroom. This is really a bummer.
