Positive: I had another wonderful stay at this hotel. Having stayed here many times before, I can confidently say that this visit was one of the best. One of the highlights is the convenient airport bus that stops directly in front of the hotel, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel is connected to multiple shopping malls, offering a wide variety of restaurants and shops, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. There’s also a nearby bus stop that provides access to various destinations, adding even more convenience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a very cozy bed and all the necessary amenities provided. Plus, the room offered a stunning view of both the river and the mountain, making the stay even more memorable. One note of caution: my first room was a connected room, separated by a thin door, and the neighboring room was quite noisy. After mentioning this to the reception, they kindly changed my room, and everything was perfect afterward. So, if you’re staying alone, it’s advisable to avoid connected rooms to ensure a quieter experience. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and will definitely return in the future.

Positive: The room was clean, spacious with everything we needed. The hotel is within a complex with lots of shops and restaurants and a station if you wanted to venture out. It is a perfect location for a short stop over stay. The hotel also has a bus stop right in front where you can take a public bus to the airport in 50 minutes or so which was super convenient. The bus has allocated spaces for luggages so making it a viable alternative option to taxi with a fraction of the cost after all the shopping.

Positive: As a hotel located in New Territories area of Hong Kong, it is considered very convenient with great trains, bus network to get to Kowloon, other central areas or travelling North. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning staff are very friendly and polite. Interesting change of getting drinking water (you need to take a supplied jug to get filtered water from the machine that is located close to the lifts area), which we didn't mind as it is a positive environmental move. Great shopping and ample choices of eateries within minutes from the hotel. We travelled with our two teens and the hotel was able to put our rooms next to each other as requested.

Negative: Despite advertised as rooms being non-smoking, there were clearly guests not following these rules as I could, at times, smell smokes outside of our room at the corridor. Hard to tell if the hotel intervenes. The upside is they do have air purifiers in corridors.

Summary: Good location. Spacious and Clean.
