Positive: Very nice Hotel, good location and very helpful and caring staff. We arrived during a power outage, but the hotel staff did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was large and had everything we needed, a very nice experience! I would recommend this Hotel to everyone.

Positive: The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to my wishes (e.g. late arrival and early departure). The room is nice and the staff personally brought the portable WiFi router to ensure optimal internet connection! In addition, the hotel is relatively close by Mountain Lavinia Train station (from where you can depart anywhere) as well as the beautiful bNo each.
