Summary: I've stayed at this hotel many times before and although it's definitely not 4star, it used to at least be clean. My first disappointment was requesting a king bed, but being told there weren't any available. After seeing several empty king rooms during my stay (the drapes are open), I was told thay they’re not using that part of the hotel... I wonder why? When I got to my first room, it smelled very dirty. Thinking it may have been the carpet, we requested a room without it. When we got to the second room, it had the same smell. We determined that it must've been the drapes. Everything from the drapes to the linens and towels needs to be replaced. The worst part about my stay was the roaches (yes, plural) in my room. That was the first time we'd ever seen them there, but we definitely weren't surprised. Seeing 1 roach is one thing... seeing multiple is unacceptable!!! They were the big ones, so very noticeable. The last one we saw was crawling on the ceiling!!!
