Positive: Caterina and Giovanni were amazing hosts — extremely responsive and meeting us at our preferred time and check in. Giovanni even helped our family with the luggage. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable, providing a perfect place to stay near the center of Caserta. Convenient from the A1 and for walking to the palace and center area of the city. Will visit again! Thank you!

Positive: The hosts met us at the apartment even though we arrived near 7pm and gave us a tour of the place, showing us where everything was and how everything worked. I'm discovering that for apartments, this is often NOT the case. They set up was very thoughtful. The place had everything from a set of children's toys to a bowl of adapters for electric plugs. There were just numerous small, welcome touches. The hosts also provided additional helpful information. The apartment is just a 10 minute walk from the Reggia Caserta and a 16 minute walk from the train station.

Negative: The apartment is on the border of an area not so great for tourists. There's not really anything you'd want to go to to the west of the apartment. To the east of the apartment and just to the east of the palace entrance the area is a lot more pedestrian friendly and tourist friendly. That's still just 15 minutes walk away.

Summary: 10 minutes from palace, thoughtfuly appointed for families with children

Positive: Ahhh, what can I say? Her mother met us at the apartment with all the keys and remote for the parking area. She brought us up to the apt and showed us around. Caterina had the apartment decorated for the occasion; Christmas 2023 The property was conveniently located within 400M of the the Caserta palace; which is absolutely beautiful and defiantly worth seeing. Easy 30km drive to Napoli port where you can catch a ferry to Capri, Almafi or Sorrento; 30KM drive to Heracleum site. Caterina was also eager to help us with anything we needed including where to park when we get to the port and letting up know of local events happening around the area.
