Positive: The location of the property was convenient, close to the airport, but you had to catch a metro and a train to get to the city and sightseeing, which didn’t take too long tbh. A/C available in the dormitory. Staff was friendly, didn’t speak much English though. Water refills.

Negative: Toilet/bathroom not very clean at all. Also the dormitory room door was open 24/7, so probably not safest place to stay.

Summary: Passable for 1-2 nights

Positive: "Comfortable Stay with a Few Downsides!" ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The rooms were fantastic, and the owner earned my respect by being extremely helpful and accommodating, especially for our group. Security was reliable with cameras, and the experience was absolutely worth the money.

Negative: The only downsides were the common bathrooms (separate for men and women) being inconveniently located, with low heights and no option to lock the passage, which made it tricky for the girls. The area is also a bit isolated.
