Positive: - The territory is beautiful and well maintained. - The beach is good and the swimming pools big and clean. Very quiet with no loud non-stop music like in many Peruvian hotels. - Restaurants are very stylish and low-lit for dinners (no ‘canteen’ feeling like in many all-inclusive hotels but a proper restaurant). Also main course is served a la carte for dinners and not buffet style. - In the Plus package, lunch is served in a separate restaurant also with a la carte main course with a good selection. The Plus pool bar has some better selection of spirits/alcohol.

Negative: - Quite far from even the closest airport. - The staff are very friendly but almost no one speaks English (as almost all guests are Spanish-speaking). - Some room amenities are missing (no coffee machine, no possibility to request an iron). - No dry sparkling wine anywhere even in the Plus section, white and red wines quite good though.

Positive: The waiters and waitresses were awesome, very kind and willing to help all the time.

Negative: The bracelet they put in the visitors is collected at the end, but if you lose it you pay $40 for a piece of plastic. Nobody says that to the visitors when checking in, and at the time you check out and you don´t have the bracelet, then you are charged the $40. Very bad from them not to warn the visitors of that at the time of arriving.

Positive: The food was good, the drinks as well, what i didn't like was the registration process at the hotels , the lack of communication from the staff but it seems to be a cultural issue, the fact you weren't allowed to take food to your room or any other place in the establishment, that does not happen, in other all inclusive hotels and in cruises, found that not normal, also they seem to have been low in staffing at the restaurants, bar and lacking alchol in the pool bar area. the beach was not something i cared fpr since the wave where extremely dangerous.
