Positive: The light switches and the 50s feel. The shower worked the bed was the largest I have ever slept in.

Negative: The speed ramps are dangerous to the car. The furniture was in poor condition. The pillow was the worst I have experienced in years. They did not comply with my needs as a disabled person. It would have been more quiet in a city centre.

Positive: The setting is beautiful. Staff were friendly . Rooms are clean . Evening meal was good value

Negative: Breakfast was a bit over cooked . One of my students was told the restaurant was fully booked and so he couldn’t eat in the dining room . The guy on the check in desk shouldn’t have done that according to the hotel manager. Im the end he got a meal and there was actually plenty of seating left, so a bit confusing

Summary: Overall value was excellent. Beautiful building and gardens

Positive: The location of the property and how it is laid back.

Negative: We requested a double room, and got a bed with 2 singles pushed together, the bed sheets didn’t fit the bed and was uncomfortable to sleep as the beds kept pushing apart and causing a gap to fall through.
