Summary: Stayed for 1 night before flying out. It was a great location to just be able to walk around, have great food and drinks. Hotel was vey nice! Will definitly stay here again if our travels take us to Npaples.

Summary: Only issue; lift dreadfully slow to respond, you wait for ages and then give up and use stairs (lucky we were on the 3rd floor) good breakfast, room, location and view

Summary: Very average amenities and food. No AC for a day. No iron. No power converters. No umbrellas. Pool was nice but small, so you had to schedule time which was difficult. Also had to schedule fitness center. If you needed something they didn't have they had very few suggestions. Great location and views.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the service was excellent. The pool team was amazing. The hotel is perfectly located—close to the city center, near the ferries, the Alibus, and the metro. There are many great restaurants along the seaside just outside. Make sure to visit Restaurant Stella ❤️ The hotel even has its own gelato bar right outside—just perfect ☺️ And the lemon cake at breakfast was delicious. I’d love to get that recipe!

Summary: Great location hotel. However be mindful of extra charges incl. parking, laundry service (hotel does not have an iron in the room), water, etc. Further, pool access only available 2 hours max per day per room.

Summary: The room was very hot. I booked a room with a balcony and a view to be able to sit out on it, but the balcony doesn’t have chairs to sit on. That was very disappointing. The air conditioning was not working well. It was VERY hot, and we had trouble sleeping because the room didn’t cool down. Also, there are no ice machines. If you want ice, you have to call room service and they charge you $4 Euros for it.

Summary: Unfortunately no information is given when you check in. We went to use the pool (very hot in Naples right now) and was told since we didn’t have a reservation they were full. We were not told that you needed a reservation and the pool was not busy Also the maid took our card for no reason which turned off the ac for the day
