Negative: Behavior of front office reception, specially the lady receptionist not good. Before reaching hotel we called them to keep ready the room, they directly denayed we don't have any bookings. They refuse us to provide rooms. We booked the room more than 15 days back. Even indirectly they told us, why you booked through booking.com? You should book through us only... Very disappointed.. Booking. Com please look in this matter... The hotel itself may be good, but unfortunately my experience with the receptionist was very disappointing. The receptionist was extremely rude and behaved unprofessionally. Good hospitality starts with respectful communication, and I did not receive that during my interaction. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer-service training to the staff.
